Regarding Game Hunter Code Types
I am the one that added them. I got my information from text files included in a zip archive that was of E.M.S 1.5. Which according to http://psx-scene.com/xiaNaix/psx/museum.htm Game Hunter is a copy of.
The file can be found on that page too.
