Power Saves are basically game saves which are hacked to give the player an advantage. Most often it unlocks a games unlockables and increases a players stats (in games that increase stats naturally). It's sort of a cheap alternative for Game Enhancer production companies as todays games are getting more elaborate and tougher to hack.
