One of three major console accessory manufacturers, and current producer of the GameShark game enhancer. Unlike both Datel and Pelican Accessories, Mad Catz has actually sold officially licensed accessories for both Sony and Microsoft systems. Their products for the most part are less dodgy than what their competitors have been making, but this is arguably only by a small margin.
