Supposedly, the ''Equalizer'' is the second generation version of the Pro Action replay by Datel in non-US regions. The features of this game enhancer were later liscensed for use in Interacts GameShark Pro.
Later titles were capable of blocking the Action Replay from being used and a blank screen would appear if any game was inserted.
