The Action Replay is a Game Enhancer device for the Xbox that was created by Datel. Unlike most Action Replays released before, this was essentially a game save manager. Game saves can be transferred over the internet with others. There are also hacked game saves, most commonly referred to as "power saves", which can be downloaded as well. Unfortunately, only games which can transfer saves between the memory card and hard drive are compatible.
The CD that came with the device was actually for the PC, not the console itself. The device that came with the device would plug into the PC and saves could be downloaded to a memory card, from there the memory card would be connected to the console.
